This existing hotel was the only one large enough, structurally sound and containing the basics for a very successful and economic re-development. Position: Extreme waterfront directly in front of the world renowned Shipwrecks surf break. Area: 33 are (3.3 hectare) Existing facilities: 32 rooms in 6 blocks, two storey Balinese style restaurant - some buildings unusable and requiring demolition, all other buildings under renovation and transformation.
