    We investigated numerous properties on Nusa Lembongan before deciding on Mainski.
    This existing hotel was the only one large enough, structurally sound and containing the basics for a very
    successful and economic re-development.

    Existing facilities: 32 rooms in 6 blocks, two storey Balinese style restaurant - some buildings unusable and

    MAINSKI INN was the first to offer accommodation on Nusa Lembongan more than 24 years ago and is well
    known and frequented by both tourists & surfers from all over the world.

    This made it perfect for our requirements and we entered a 10 + 10 property lease and joint venture agreement
    with the owner.
    The owner will maintain an ongoing interest in the resort management assuring us of local government
    co-operation.
